I had some rental car issues and Diego & Andrea were both very helpful in resolving the issue for me and getting me a ride to my next destination. They were amazing hosts and the house was super nice and the view was amazing!

Beautiful house, so traveler-friendly! Secured parking. Kids loved the pool! House was spotlessly clean and gorgeous. Daily cleaning was a great plus! Andrea's itinerary help for La Fortuna with our young kids was invaluable! Amazing stay, highly recommend!

We had such a peaceful stay here. The views are incredible and it’s close to town but also feels so private. The hot tub and pool with views of the volcano was incredible and really made our trip special. The air conditioning went out for a little bit and the host immediately responded and had it fixed within minutes. The host was also so helpful helping us make dinner reservations and giving us activity ideas for the area. We would definitely come back in the future!
Overall perfect
My wife and I stayed at Javier’s place for 3 nights in May, and it was the perfect base for exploring La Fortuna. The location strikes a great balance-close enough to town for activities, yet peaceful enough to relax and enjoy the stunning views and atmosphere. There’s a mini market and a couple of local sodas within walking distance, and free onsite parking just steps from the door. The home is brand new with a smart design, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped TV, and effective A/C to beat the jungle heat. The patio, plunge pool and breathtaking view made it hard to leave.

I'm Diego Blanco, Co-Founder and Host of Concierge Arenal Rental Services & Arenal Heights Villas, bringing over two decades of expertise to Costa Rica's vibrant tourism scene. My journey began with studies in tropical biology and business at the University of Costa Rica, where my passion for showcasing the country's natural wonders ignited as a cruise ship tour guide.
After graduation, I immersed myself in the tourism industry, serving as a nature guide and later transitioning to pivotal roles with esteemed agencies like Abercrombie & Kent, Condé Nast, and others. These experiences honed my understanding of luxury travel, service, and hotel management.
Throughout my career, I've held diverse leadership positions, including Product Manager, Operations Director, and Sales Director for international corporations. Noteworthy stints include overseeing Costa Rica Expeditions and managing properties like Tortuga Lodge & Gardens and Monteverde Lodge & Gardens, where I learned under the tutelage of ecotourism pioneer Michael Kaye.
In response to the pandemic's challenges, I embarked on a new venture, co-founding Concierge Arenal Rental Services & Arenal Heights Villas. We specialize in crafting eight luxurious villas in the picturesque Arenal Volcano area while managing 14 properties through Concierge Arenal services.
Our mission is unwavering: to deliver exceptional, personalized service, curating unforgettable experiences amidst Costa Rica's breathtaking natural landscapes. Sustainability and the highest standards of hospitality underpin our efforts, ensuring every guest's stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
