We had a great vacation staying at Diego’s
We had a great vacation staying at Diego’s . It was Magic’s to wake up and see the volcano every morning. All the attractions are very close by in Fortuna. The cleaning crew is amazing and such a great addition to the trip after a day out and came back to a clean home. The only thing that we wish we knew was the noise from the other villas. The walls are just clearly too thin that you can hear everything. But wasn’t a big deal to us as we were exhausted after all day activities. Overall, it was an amazing time!

Property was amazing and huge beautiful pool and view from your bedroom to the volcano is breathtaking. Few things in kitchen equipped for making a meal. Laundry worked good and host was responsive. Would book again.

Andrea & Diego were great hosts and were so responsive. Any questions we had, they answered promptly! Ontop of communication, it was a beautiful home and view. We were able to see the Arenal Volcano ( especially early morning) which is a beautiful and breathtaking sight. It is very close to beautiful hot springs, zip lining, and ATVs.

We had a wonderful stay at Diego’s place. The villa was in a great location, check in and out was easy, and has everything you need. Very clean and new villa with laundry and jacuzzi and a pool. Diego was hugely helpful with booking local activities and tours which we loved. Would highly recommend!

However, after speaking with the Concierge at Arenal Heights, I realized my plans were not even close to reality. The distances in Costa Rica can be very deceiving, and the rainy season is quite particular, so expert advice is truly appreciated. I'm Diego Blanco, Co-Founder and Host of Concierge Arenal Rental Services & Arenal Heights Villas, bringing over two decades of expertise to Costa Rica's vibrant tourism scene. My journey began with studies in tropical biology and business at the University of Costa Rica, where my passion for showcasing the country's natural wonders ignited as a cruise ship tour guide.
After graduation, I immersed myself in the tourism industry, serving as a nature guide and later transitioning to pivotal roles with esteemed agencies like Abercrombie & Kent, Condé Nast, and others. These experiences honed my understanding of luxury travel, service, and hotel management.
Throughout my career, I've held diverse leadership positions, including Product Manager, Operations Director, and Sales Director for international corporations. Noteworthy stints include overseeing Costa Rica Expeditions and managing properties like Tortuga Lodge & Gardens and Monteverde Lodge & Gardens, where I learned under the tutelage of ecotourism pioneer Michael Kaye.
In response to the pandemic's challenges, I embarked on a new venture, co-founding Concierge Arenal Rental Services & Arenal Heights Villas. We specialize in crafting eight luxurious villas in the picturesque Arenal Volcano area while managing 14 properties through Concierge Arenal services.
Our mission is unwavering: to deliver exceptional, personalized service, curating unforgettable experiences amidst Costa Rica's breathtaking natural landscapes. Sustainability and the highest standards of hospitality underpin our efforts, ensuring every guest's stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
